Our Pizza Sauce, made from Scratch

Our Pizza Sauce is made from scratch from fresh packed tomatoes from the Cortopassi family farm in Stanislaus County, CA.  Our recipe uses California grown herbs like Sicilian oregano and Napolitano basil. Each ingredient is individually sampled by our pizzaioli to ensure quality.

The Cortopassi family’s 70 year tradition of harvesting only the highest quality tomatoes is carried on by Dino and Tom Cortopassi.
